MINDFUL MORNING FLOW

Yoga can be intense and going to a studio can feel intimidating sometimes. 

We are here to take the pressure out of Yoga and out of your system.

This class will bring you back into your body and the present moment.

We will gentle move through stagnation without judgement, there will be challenges and modifications and the offering is always to listen to your body and honour wherever you are at.

Eva teaches a blend of Vinyasa Flow, Yin elements and a dash of mindfulness, breath work and meditation because let’s face it:

We all need to take a deep breath these days and let go of fear and worry, even just for a few moments.

This class is open to all levels, beginners welcome.
